Welcome to AudGram, a product of Codas Labs, LLC. By accessing or using AudGram, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use AudGram.

• App: AudGram, the software application operated by Codas Labs, LLC.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using AudGram.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AudGram. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Codas Labs, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AudGram for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• You must not attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or integrity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Users must not:

• Use AudGram for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms AudGram or its users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.

Your use of AudGram is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All content, trademarks, and proprietary information within AudGram belong to Codas Labs, LLC. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any aspect of the App without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AudGram at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

• AudGram is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Codas Labs, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codas Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AudGram.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codas Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of AudGram.
